Stairs is indeed has the function to decorate the house. Perfect stairs can make houses look beautiful. However, there are some things to consider before applying the stairs in the house.

The first thing that must be questioned, it serves as what? Is the stairs functioning as to channel the routine activity or it is built also for connecting the decorative elements in the house? Notice also, where the stairs are going to be placed? After that, think of how much land that you provide to the stairs? This is related to the width of the stairs you will apply. After you can answer all of the questions; you can automatically decide what kind of steps that must be used.

For example, you are drying clothes in an upstairs room, while washing in the basement. That means you need a ladder that was in the laundry room. Well, for this case, do not use good materials. Surely you would prefer a regular ladder in character, whether it will be steel or kind of a simple wooden staircase. Land needed was certainly not as much as you want to apply the stairs in the family room upstairs. Another case if you want to apply the ladder as a decorative element.
